• Your Federal Credit Union members will have first right of refusal on financing through YourFCU.
• Members have the right to see the dealer invoice from the manufacturer.
• Members will have the right to be informed by the dealer of any known prior damage that would affect the value of a used vehicle.
• The Member shall have the right to have all paperwork reviewed by a YourFCU loan officer prior to completion of any transaction.
• Members will be informed of all rebates and or incentives available.
• The Dealer shall assign representative(s) to the program who are familiar with the above terms. Dealer(s) shall have the right to change said representatives at any time and shall notify CyberAutoNetwork in order to ensure that proper changes are made on the Web site listing in a timely manner
